Sofrito Lovers,

As the temperature drops in NYC my desire for spicy food increases. This weekend, as the snow flakes fell my craving for Curry Beef skyrocketed-Thank God for the CaribbeanPot Website.

CaribbeanPot is an amazing website and YouTube Channel that features amazing Caribbean recipes.  Website author and channel host Chris De La Rosa is the brilliant mind behind these astounding home-style dishes- I am a huge fan of his!

Chris is an excellent teacher, who takes you step by step through your journey to amazing Jamaican food.  He's encouraging, calm, and fun.  He makes learning Jamaican cuisine a delight.  I've learned a lot from him and continue to use both the website and channel to expand my knowledge and cooking skills.

Did you see the photo to the left?  Look how spectacular my Curry Beef came out.  I added some carrots to the dish for a hint of sweetness-my BearBear David loved it!  Remember, he's the pickiest eater ever, so that was high praise indeed.  Click the link below for a PDF version of this recipe!
