Happy New Year!  ¡Felíz Año Nuevo! May this new year bring us health, wealth, and incredible food.  What better way to ensure that last one than attending a food bazaar?  So get yourself on the R train and meet me this weekend for the Winter NY Indonesian Food Bazaar.

I'm not familiar with Indonesian food, but look at the pictures on the flyer-who could resist those delectable food porn?  Once I saw the flyer, I immediately researched this event and started making plans to attend!  There's going to be different Nasi Goreng (fried rice with various meats), chicken Satay (chicken skewers), Sambals (chile-based food condiment), Bakso (meatball noodle soup) and other Indonesian goodies.  From what I have read, they will have plenty of vegetarian and Halal options as well.  Are you sold yet?  All this writing is making me salivate!
